To assist Management, a Legal Compliance Checklist is available which guides Management in performing audits on a regular basis in measuring compliance with regard to responsible employee/s. Should a client prefer, Technilaw can conduct regular audits in order to monitor and ensure compliance.
Technilaw offers access to free telephone advice on a 24 hour basis pertinent to day to day issues. In the event of a client requiring the presence of one of our consultants, such service in respect of any emergency and or accident / incident will be supplied at client’s premises, or in need at the contractual site, irrespective of the time, whether it be after hours or during a week-end.
